Como eu digo "um peixe fora d'água"?

Quando sentimos que não sentimos bem em um lugar ou grupo, nos sentimos como um peixe fora d'água, não é mesmo? Essa expressão em inglês não tem nada a ver com "fish out of water", ok? O certo é dizer que você se sente como "A SQUARE PEG IN A ROUND HOLE".

Eg: 

"I really don't know what I'm doing in my current job. I feel like a square peg in a round hole, there. I don't agree with the company's values and beliefs."

(usando a estrutura "trying to fit...")

"Trying to teach me Algebra is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. I just don't get this."
